Shipping policy

We are pleased to offer free domestic ground shipping for all orders above $75. If you require expedited shipping, please contact us at [email protected] and depending on the product we may be able to accommodate for an additional charge.

For a limited number of products that are oversized we are unable to offer free shipping and charge an oversized fee that depends on the product weight.

Most items ship within 1-2 business days from the date that the order is received, and are delivered to you in less than one week, however products from selected brands may take longer, for example if the product is made-to-order, if it ships from overseas, if the warehouse is closed due to a national holiday or annual inventory-related closure,  if there are weather or other emergencies-related delays, or if the item is backordered.

Your satisfaction is a top priority for us, and we acknowledge that delivery issues can arise. Please keep in mind that the shipping dates provided during checkout are estimates and may change. These dates will be finalized after your order is processed, your payment method is confirmed, and your order is shipped. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates, as they are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as carrier or delivery service delays, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, traffic, and other unforeseen circumstances.

To ensure your items arrive safely, please have your order(s) shipped to a secure location where you or a trusted individual will be available to receive the package. We are not liable for lost packages if the delivery location is unsecured or if a package is stolen after being left by the carrier. If your tracking information shows "delivered" for more than 24 hours and you have not received your items, please reach out to our customer service team for further assistance. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to decline re-shipping or refunding orders if the merchandise is not received.
